Victorian Era Black Enamel Bangle Set


In the 19th century, the Lilly of the Valley flower was a common mourning motif that symbolized a return to happiness. This is a nicely preserved set of 14k gold bracelets with black enamel, pearls and delicate engraving. They are small in size, measuring 5.25 inches in circumference. American, circa 1870. 

Hidden push clasp with safety chains. These bracelets can fit a small to an extra-small wrist. They measure 5.5" in inner circumference.
