Bell and Bird Handmade Antique Marquise Cut Diamond Ring in Travel Mount Setting

Our 'Travel Mount' is one of our simplest settings.  We created it when we needed to mount an important antique stone to be exported for an exhibition in London. It has become one of our signature designs. It appeals to a client who desires a minimal setting that is all about the center stone. The six prongs are hand-filed to delicate points. The ring is finished with a simple rounded band. This example features an unusual antique marquise cut diamond weighing approximately 4.75 carats.
