Victorian era Diamond Maltese Cross
A playful take on a Maltese cross form. This 19th-century pendant has dozens of rose cut and small old mine-cut diamonds set in silver on gold. Approximately 3.75 carats in total diamond weight. Presented in its original 19th-century box. England, circa 1870.
