Bell & Bird Sawtooth Three Stone Sapphire and Old European Cut Diamond Ring

Three stone old mine cut diamond ring. A 200 year old ring inspired several of the details in this design. The primary stone is a 3.95 carat sapphire, Ceylon in origin, with no heat treatment. The sapphire is paired with two old European cut side diamonds weighing .46 carats and .56 carats. The approximate grade of the side stones are I color, SI1/SI2 clarity.  Handmade in our 18k old gold with a simple band.  

Hand fabricated in our Texas workshop, this ring is in our custom blend of 18K rose gold. A more subdued, darker tone than commercially available rose gold. We call this color "old gold" and created the alloy in the spirit of the many 19th century rings we have handled.
