Early 1700's Queen Anne Earrings

English Queen Anne earrings in pitch black enamel and pinchbeck metal. Circa 1710-1740.

A very rare find  300 year old Queen Anne style earrings.  Wearable original hooks with 'wig hooks' intact. These hooks served a double purpose on larger earrings they were useful to tie the earring into the hair to alleviate weight while also keep the earrings from tipping forward.
