Matched Pair of Georgian Mourning Rings

A pair of English mourning rings in enamel and gold. It is quite rare for a pair of rings to still remain together. Interior of each band engraved: “A.M. Fraser. Died 13 Sep 1809. Aged 51.”These rings were bequeathed in the deceased will. One, two or a dozen may have been made and distributed to loved ones. To find two together 204 years after being made and distributed is very rare.
