Antique 4.6 Carat Unheated Ceylon Sapphire and Diamond Platinum Ring

Sapphire and diamond ring in platinum. Center stone is an octagonal step cut  sapphire, certified to be a 4.6 carat Ceylon stone, Sri Lankan origin with no evidence of treatment.  Two further sapphire side stones of matched color. The sapphires are surrounded by Old European cut, single cut and baguette shaped diamonds of approximately .88 carats in total diamond weight.   

Size 7, can be resized.
